What We Do
Windshields, door glass, back glass, and tint
From the shop on North 1st Street in Buckeye out to Surprise, Peoria, and central Phoenix, OnTrack Auto Glass keeps West Valley drivers seeing clearly. Rock chips thrown off the I-10 near the Estrella Mountains, sun baked seals, and debris that washes onto the shoulder after a monsoon all take a toll on auto glass. We replace windshields, door glass, quarter glass, and back glass on nearly every make and model, handle the insurance call for you, and do the work in your driveway at no extra charge.
Cracked past repair? We install quality glass and let the urethane cure properly, because your windshield is part of the car's safety structure, not just a window.

If the chip has not spidered out yet, we can usually fill it in minutes. Catching it early often costs nothing out of pocket with comprehensive coverage.

Break in or accident, we replace side and door glass and vacuum out the tempered pieces that scatter into the door panel and seats. Most jobs run under an hour.

Rear windshields carry defroster lines and antenna leads, so they are a different job than a front replacement. We reconnect everything and test it before we leave.

Those small fixed panes behind the door are the ones most shops make you wait weeks for. We source them and get them in without the runaround.

Tint keeps an Arizona cabin cooler, cuts glare on the drive west into the sunset, and adds privacy. Subtle or dark, we match what you are after.

Why OnTrack
Trust gets built one windshield at a time. Drivers from Litchfield Park to Sun City call OnTrack because the quote they hear on the phone is the price they pay, and the person who books the job is the same person who follows up afterward.
We come to your home, office, or job site anywhere in the valley, and we never tack on a trip charge for it. You keep your day, we handle the glass.
We work with every carrier and get on a three way call with you and your adjuster, so nothing gets lost between the claim number and the appointment.
Paying out of pocket gets you competitive pricing and a firm number before we start. No surprise line items when the tech packs up.
If a chip has not spidered out, we fill it instead of selling you a whole windshield. Saving you the bigger job is the better outcome for both of us.
We install top quality glass and tell you exactly how long the adhesive needs before it is safe to drive. Rushing that step is how a windshield fails in a rollover.
We are a family business out of Buckeye, not a national chain routing you to a call center. The people who answer the phone are the people standing behind the work.

How It Works
Getting auto glass replaced should take one phone call and about an hour of your day. Here is exactly how a job with OnTrack goes, from the first call to the moment it is safe to drive.
01
Tell us the year, make, and model, and what broke. You get a free instant quote on the spot.
02
Using insurance? We set up the three way call and file it with you, right then.
03
Pick a time and a place. We bring the glass, the adhesive, and the tools to your driveway.
04
Most jobs run about an hour. We tell you exactly when the adhesive is set and it is safe to drive.
Arizona Roads
Arizona is hard on auto glass in ways that surprise people who move here. Summer pavement radiates heat straight into the base of the windshield while the AC blasts cold air across the inside, and that temperature split is what turns a harmless chip into a crack that runs across your line of sight. Gravel trucks on the I-10 and the Loop 303, plus the loose rock that washes onto shoulder lanes after a storm, handle the rest.
That is why a chip caught early is so much cheaper than a full replacement. A repair takes minutes and often costs nothing out of pocket with comprehensive coverage. Let it sit through one July, one monsoon season, and a few cold desert nights, and that same chip is usually past saving. Getting it looked at while it is still small is the whole game.

About OnTrack
OnTrack Auto Glass is a local, family owned shop on North 1st Street in Buckeye, serving the greater Phoenix metro. Whether you commute the I-10 into downtown, run the 303 north toward Surprise, or stay close to home in Goodyear and Litchfield Park, you need someone who picks up the phone and shows up when they say they will.
Your auto glass is broken. What now? Give us a call and we will get you a free, instant quote. Whatever the glass is, windshield, door, quarter, or back, we are there for you. We try to make the experience as quick and easy as possible, whether you are paying out of pocket or going through insurance.
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to noon, and we are a phone call away even in the urgent situations. Tell us what happened and we will tell you honestly whether you are looking at a repair or a replacement, before anyone gets dispatched.

We are not a big corporation. We are a family business, and we care about every customer who calls. Read through our reviews and the same two names keep coming up: Maelyn, who books and follows up on every appointment, and Matias, the technician who does the work. Those are the people you will actually deal with.
That is also why the small things matter to us. We quote honestly, we tell you when a chip can be filled instead of replaced, and we never add a fee for driving out to you. If something is not right afterward, you call the same number and reach the same people.
If you are comparing auto glass shops around the valley, that is the difference. Call today and we will get your glass handled, usually without you rearranging a single thing.

Every city we drive to
The Long Way to Work
Buckeye went from roughly fifty thousand residents to more than ninety thousand in a decade and picked up the title of fastest growing city in the country more than once along the way. For your glass, that growth means two things: a lot of construction traffic close to home, and a lot of neighbors driving a long way east every single morning.
A commuter heading for downtown Phoenix from here is looking at close to thirty miles of Interstate 10 before the exit ramp, most of it spent behind whatever the truck ahead is carrying. Add State Route 85 running south toward Gila Bend and the grit that blows across open desert on the way out to the west end, and it stops being surprising how many Buckeye windshields collect a chip inside the first year.
None of that is really avoidable if you live out here. What is avoidable is letting a chip sit until it crosses into the driver's line of sight, because once it does, a repair is off the table and you are buying a new windshield instead.
Across the Whole Valley Floor
Buckeye covers an enormous amount of ground for a city its size, and the far corners of it are a genuine drive from downtown. We treat all of it as home turf, so the address you give us on the phone does not change the number we already quoted.
Up against the White Tank Mountains at the end of Verrado Way. Deep garages, plenty of shade, and one of the easier places in town to set glass on a hot afternoon.
A lot of our Festival Ranch customers have better things to do than give up half a day in a waiting room. Mobile service was built for exactly that situation.
Close in on the south side and only minutes from the shop, which usually means same day service if you catch us early enough in the morning.
Out past the Sun Valley Parkway and a long way from everything, which is precisely why we do not charge a penny extra to drive it.
Newer streets on both sides of the freeway, right in the middle of the Watson Road and Miller Road corridor where most of the daily traffic funnels through.
The old heart of Buckeye, and the neighborhood our own shop sits in. Park on the street and there is a fair chance we walk over rather than drive.
Our workmanship carries a limited lifetime warranty. If a leak shows up during the first monsoon, or you pick up a wind whistle on the freeway that was not there before, call us and we come back out. That promise reads the same in Tartesso as it does two streets from the shop.
Buckeye Questions
These are the questions we field most often from people calling in from around town. If yours is not on the list, ask it when you call and you will get a straight answer rather than a sales pitch.
There is a real address behind the phone number. We are at 325 N. 1st St., Ste. 8, Buckeye, AZ 85326, a short walk from Monroe Avenue. It is a small family operation, so the person who answers the phone is usually the person who ends up standing in your driveway.
No. Mobile service is free everywhere we go, and the outer edges of Buckeye are no exception. A trip out to Tartesso costs the same as a trip four streets over, because the quote we give you on the phone already has the drive built into it.
One to two hours for most vehicles, measured from when we arrive to when the trim goes back on. Chip repair is far quicker, normally under thirty minutes. We will also tell you honestly how long to leave the car sitting before you drive it.
If the damage is under about three inches and it is not sitting in the driver's line of sight or right at the edge of the glass, a repair will normally hold. Larger than that, or in either of those two spots, and replacement is the honest answer rather than the expensive one.
Yes. Arizona treats damage that obstructs the driver's clear view as something you can be cited for. A crack sitting across your sight line on the Interstate 10 run into Phoenix is exactly the sort of thing an officer notices in slow traffic.
We work with any carrier. If you have comprehensive coverage, glass is usually covered, and plenty of policies cover chip repair with no deductible at all. We get on a three way call with you and your insurer so the claim is filed correctly the first time.
Yes, as long as the vehicle will stay parked in one spot for the whole appointment and we can walk all the way around it. Work yards, office lots and school pickup areas all work if you plan the timing. Tell us where the car will be and we will meet it there.
Then you pay out of pocket, and our pricing is competitive. Ask for the number on the first call. Whatever we quote is what you pay, with nothing added on the day and no charge for us driving out to you.
